🛒 ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Simply choose the product you're interested in, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process. All prices include VAT, and you can review the details before confirming your purchase. If you place your order from a mobile device, the process is just as simple and secure.

SmartViva accepts the most common and secure payment methods on the market:

All payments are processed through encrypted gateways and comply with PCI-DSS standards.
SmartViva does not store your payment information at any time.

Once the order is placed, the preparation and shipping process begins almost immediately. For this reason, it is not always possible to cancel or modify it. If it hasn't been processed yet, you can request cancellation through the Help Center . If the order is already in transit, you'll need to process the return according to the product's policy.

There are currently no active codes, but you'll be able to enter them in the corresponding field during checkout in the future. If the code is valid, the discount will be automatically applied to the order total.

🚚 SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Products are shipped from various logistics warehouses located in Europe, the United Kingdom, or Asia, depending on the type of item, brand, and availability. This distribution network allows us to offer a wide and up-to-date selection, with optimized delivery times.

Occasionally, items in the same order may be shipped separately. This occurs when products belong to different supplier lines or are shipped from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and will be notified by email.

SmartViva does not intervene in the internal delivery times of transport companies, but actively collaborates to ensure delivery on schedule.

🔁 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The possibility of returns depends on the specific conditions of each product's supplier. In each item's information sheet, you'll find the "Shipping and Returns" section, which clearly states the delivery times and requirements. In general, returns are accepted if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The application is submitted within the indicated period (normally 30 days).
  • Does not fall into an excluded category (hygiene, personal use, or electronically activated products).

Return shipping costs may vary depending on supplier policy or warehouse location. SmartViva guarantees mediation and support throughout the process.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or different item than the one you ordered, you must report it as soon as possible through the Help Center . To expedite the resolution, we will ask you:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and its packaging
  • Brief description of the problem

After verification, a solution will be applied according to the supplier's policy: refund, replacement, or credit voucher. SmartViva acts as an intermediary to ensure a fair and safe experience.

Once the return is accepted, the refund is processed using the same payment method used. The estimated refund time varies between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment service. In some cases, additional time may apply if the supplier needs to confirm receipt of the product.

The usual delivery time is 14 to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, depending on the supplier. Always check the “Shipping and Returns” section on each product page.

Yes, in most cases the buyer assumes the return costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exact terms depend on the supplier's policy and are indicated before finalizing the purchase.
